Few people know that I studied catering when I was much younger and have trained in hotels, care homes, hospitals and various other interesting places where I learned a great deal about food and nutrition. For money, that means manage your money well, save, invest, etc over a long period of time and you will do well. For weight loss that means eat healthy and exercise over a long period of time and you will have a stunning figure. That is the truth. There is no hidden formula, no secret recipe and no magic wand or fairy godmother.

I was outraged and decided that it is time to speak out. Enough is enough! How much of your Facebook wall is about weight loss? There is so much out there but the sad thing is that 99% of women (and men) do actually want to know about weight loss but are being ripped off!
